Our commitment to comply with the Distance Selling Regulations
We comply fully with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

Our general obligations to you under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations
Generally you have the right to cancel the contract by giving us notice in writing, including fax or email at any time during the “cooling off period” which finishes 7 working days after the day of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel the contract after the goods have been sent and received you must return the goods to us at your own cost or pay us to collect them and in the meantime take reasonable care of them so that we can offer them for re-sale. If you do not take reasonable care of them and they are not received by us or not received by us in a saleable condition you may not receive a full refund.

Refunds
If the contract is cancelled we will refund the purchase price paid including normal but not special delivery charges as soon as we receive the returned goods and within 30 days.

Postal / delivery delays.
Under Regulation 19 you hereby agree that the period for performance is 30 days to allow for any postal or other delivery delays.

Law
No contract exists until we dispatch the goods notwithstanding that we will have forwarded an email acknowledging receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline or rescind any order and refund your payment rather than deliver the goods. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: 

•The product you ordered being unavailable from stock 

•Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment 

•The identification of a pricing or product description error.

You are free to cancel the order any time up to the time of dispatch. You will then receive a full refund. The concluded contract will be filed by us but will not be accessible to you over the Internet.

The language offered for the conclusion of the contract will be English.

The laws of England apply to all contracts.

None of these Terms and Conditions affects your other Statutory Rights.

Specifically The Wicca Box Terms and Conditions are:

  • Cheque orders will be shipped only after the cheque has cleared. Please allow 8-10 working days for delivery within the UK, 12-14 working days for delivery to EU member states.

  • Credit Cards will be charged only when the order has been shipped. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery within the UK, 9-11 working days for delivery to EU member states.
  • The Wicca Box checks all items before shipping for signs of damage. Refunds will be given if orders have been damaged in transit. The cost of return postage will be met by The Wicca Box. Once the damaged item has been received by The Wicca Box, the customer will be refunded the value of the item returned. If the full order has been returned, postage will also be refunded.
  • Please report any damage within 5 working days of receipt of order. After this time no refunds will be given. Receipt of Order is defined as the date the order was delivered.
  • The 7 working day cooling off period will commence on the date the order is received by the customer. The cost of return posting in this case will be at the expense of the customer. It will be the customers responsibility to ensure they obtain proof of posting. Full refund will only be given upon receipt of the goods in their original UNOPENED packaging.
  • All Credit Card transactions will be conducted over a secure link (SSL) with SECpay. At no time will any personal information be disclosed to a third party other than those involved in the transaction. Personal information will only be kept for delivery, invoicing and VAT recording purposes which I will be required to keep. At no time will credit card information be stored.
  • If an order is placed for an out-of-stock item, the customer will be given the choice to either hold the order or cancel. In this case it may take longer than 14 days to fulfill such an order.
